For your team · Marketing and creative teams

AI across the campaign, without losing the brand's voice.

Marketing was the first function to reach for generative AI and the first to find the limit: volume is easy, and everything that makes the output usable — the brand's register, a claim someone can stand behind, a channel-specific edit — is the part that still takes judgement. The work is getting the machine to draft inside your constraints rather than around them.

    What the work looks like

Not features. The tasks this role actually brings, and what changes about them.

    01
    Research and audience insight
Read a survey set, a review corpus or a competitor's positioning for pattern, over your own material, and get the passages it drew on so a claim can be checked before it reaches a deck.
    02
    Content strategy and creation
Draft against your own brand guidelines and prior campaigns rather than a blank prompt, so the register is right on the first pass and the edit is an edit.
    03
    Campaigns, social and analytics
Adapt one idea across channels without rewriting it six times, and read performance data for what actually moved rather than what is easiest to chart.
    04
    Claims and compliance
Check copy against what the product genuinely does before it is published, which is the failure that costs more than a slow campaign ever did.

What people finish able to do

Taken from the course itself, not written for this page.

    • Map your marketing tasks to what AI can and cannot do across the full campaign lifecycle, so you point AI where it pays off and keep judgment where it belongs.

    • Use the PRISM prompting framework to turn a vague request into a real brief that produces brand-specific, on-brief outputs faster.

    • Apply AI systematically across market research, content creation, campaign planning, social media, and analytics reporting.

    • Evaluate AI output with the TRUST framework before it ships to stakeholders, gets published, or informs a decision.

    • Apply the Marketing AI Safety Protocol to protect brand assets, customer data, and advertising compliance before any AI interaction with sensitive marketing material.

    • Build a 30-day adoption plan that embeds AI into your weekly marketing workflow, starting with three quick wins.

The objection this role always raises

Generated copy sounds like everyone else's.

It does, when the only thing a model has to work from is the prompt. Retrieval over your own brand guidelines, past campaigns and product documentation is what changes the output, because the model is drafting from your material instead of the average of the internet. The difference is the corpus you point it at, not the wording of the request.

    What this role asks

Taken from the courses themselves. These are the questions the people who wrote them kept being asked.

Do I need a technical background to take this course?

No. This course is written for marketing professionals, not engineers. You work in plain language throughout, using frameworks like PRISM and TRUST that need no coding, tools setup, or technical knowledge.

Do I need to have taken AI+ Everyone (T1-01) first?

No. T1-01 introduces the core frameworks — PRISM, TRUST, the AI Safety Checklist, and the AI Opportunity Matrix — in their foundational form, but everything you need to apply them in a marketing context is included here.

    Will AI replace marketers?

No. AI is a tool to help you, not replace you. It accelerates research, drafting, and reporting, but strategy, brand judgment, and the final quality call stay with you — you are the boss, not a content vending machine operator.

Is it safe to put brand and customer data into AI tools?

Only with the right guardrails. Module 6 teaches the Marketing AI Safety Protocol, which shows you how to classify marketing data by sensitivity and protect brand assets, customer data, advertising compliance, intellectual property, and competitive exposure before any AI interaction.

How much time does the course take?

Six 60-minute modules — six hours of focused learning — covering AI foundations, prompting, market research, content strategy, campaigns and analytics, and marketing AI safety plus your 30-day plan.

Which AI tools do I need to buy?

None in particular. The course teaches frameworks and workflows you can apply with whatever AI assistant you use, so the skills transfer as tools change. Start simple, and don't be afraid to experiment.

    Start with one team.

A pilot runs on your own documents, with the people who would actually use it, and the reporting comes back to whoever has to answer for it.
