    About

Who is behind AI+ Pro. And what it isn't.

AI+ Pro is built by AI Plus Labs, a Singapore company, as a joint venture between the Straits Institute for Applied AI and i-Group. This page is the short version of what that means in practice.

    What we build

One workspace where an organization's people can use the leading AI models against their own documents, under permissions and an audit trail their administrators control. It runs as a private cloud deployment, an isolated tenant or inside your own data centre, and it carries its own training and certification rather than expecting you to buy a separate learning system.

    What we are not

We are not a model company. We do not build frontier models and we have no commercial interest in your documents, which is the structural reason we can say your data is never used for training: there is nothing we would train. What we do is orchestrate other people's models, safely, in one place.

    Why a joint venture

The two halves of this problem are normally sold by different companies. The Straits Institute for Applied AI works on curriculum and assessment: what someone in a given role needs to be able to do, and how anyone would know they can. i-Group works on getting things adopted inside organizations that have rules. AI+ Pro is the two put together, because a platform with no curriculum stalls once the novelty passes, and a curriculum with no platform leaves people nowhere to practise what they were just taught.

    How the product gets decided

Every capability has to survive one question before it ships: can an administrator explain it to their own risk or compliance function without needing a caveat. That rules out a fair amount of what is technically available today, and it is the reason the audit trail, the permission model and the deployment choices are not enterprise extras bolted on late in the cycle. They are what gets the rest of it through the door at all.

    On the models themselves

The roster changes, deliberately. A workspace tied to a single provider inherits that provider's outages, price changes and refusals, and every organization that standardised on one model early has since had to repeat the exercise. Running several turns the question from which vendor you committed to into which model suits the task, which is something your own staff can answer once they have been shown how to compare outputs.

    Who this is built for

Organizations where the answer to "can staff paste that into a public chatbot" is no, and where the people who would benefit most are not engineers. Government, healthcare, education, financial services, and the professional functions inside any large employer. The common thread is an obligation to account for where information went, and a workforce that will not be trained by a documentation site and a link to it in an all-staff email.

    The Institute

The Straits Institute for Applied AI writes the curriculum inside the platform and issues the certificates learners earn. Each certificate is serialised and names the Institute as its issuer, so it says who stands behind it rather than only which organization delivered the training.
