What you will be able to do

    • Run one repeatable five-stage workflow, the CRAFT Framework (Concept, Research, Architect, Fill, Tune), that carries a brief through to a finished piece with AI doing the heavy lifting while you keep editorial control.

    • Brief AI precisely with the PRISM Prompting Framework and the Content Creator Prompt Toolkit, so first drafts land closer to usable across articles, newsletters, video scripts, and podcast outlines.

    • Check every AI draft against TRUST before you edit, so accuracy and relevance are verified rather than assumed.

    • Build a content repurposing system that turns one well-made piece into multiple formats across channels, so your back catalogue keeps working for you.

    • Protect and inject your brand voice into AI-assisted drafts with a Brand Voice Reference Document, so the output reads like you and not like generic AI.

    • Work safely and ethically using the Marketing AI Safety Protocol's five checks plus content-specific habits for copyright risk, disclosure obligations, and originality boundaries.

    • Judge where AI compounds your value and where your human judgement is the value, using the AI Opportunity Matrix and the Content Task-AI Map on your own tasks.

    The curriculum

Module by module, in the order they are assigned.

AI in Content Creation: Landscape and Capabilities

AI is already inside content workflows, but value depends on placing it where production load is high and human judgement is not diluted. You learn to read adoption patterns, map tasks with two decision tools, and protect voice, accuracy, relationship, and accountability.

Prompting and Ideation for Content Creators

Prompting and ideation turn AI from a generic text machine into a briefed collaborator for content teams, because weak asks create average drafts and noisy calendars. By the end, you can brief with PRISM, check with TRUST, generate constrained idea pools, and filter plans with human judgement.

    The AI-Augmented Writing Workflow

CRAFT turns AI-assisted writing from a one-prompt gamble into a staged production workflow, so content creators can gain speed without losing angle, accuracy, or voice. By the end, you run a brief through Concept, Research, Architect, Fill, and Tune, then make fast edit calls.

AI for Video, Audio, and Content Repurposing

Video, audio, and repurposing extend CRAFT into scripts, podcasts, transcripts, and channel-native adaptations, where speed only helps if voice, accuracy, and fit hold. You build repeatable workflows for spoken formats, Core Content Model distribution, back-catalogue reuse, and edit-depth decisions.

    Brand Voice, Safety, and Ethics

AI-assisted publishing raises two linked risks for content creators: distinctive voice can drift toward the average, and unsafe inputs or claims can damage trust. You leave able to encode voice into prompts, edit out AI tells, screen sensitive material, verify claims, and disclose AI’s role accurately.

Your 30-Day Content Creator AI Plan

A practical 30-day adoption plan turns the course skills into habits that fit a creator's role, formats, deadlines, and current production gaps. You leave able to choose quick wins, date weekly workflow changes, measure progress, and decide what earns a permanent place.

    Assessment and certificate

The course closes with a timed final exam with a pass mark and a limited number of attempts. A pass issues a PDF certificate with its own serial, in the name of the Straits Institute for Applied AI. Cohort progress, at-risk learners and a CSV export are in the admin console throughout.

    About this course

Do I need a technical background or prior AI experience to take this course?

No. No technical background is assumed. T1-01 (AI+ Everyone) is helpful background but not required, and this course introduces the CRAFT Framework for AI-augmented content production from scratch, so you do not need to have met it before.

Will using AI make my content sound generic, like everyone else's?

The course treats your brand voice as the value you protect. You build a Brand Voice Reference Document, learn to inject voice into AI drafts, and check the output for voice drift, so the result sounds like you rather than like AI.

Is it safe to put brand, client, or customer information into an AI tool?

You apply the Marketing AI Safety Protocol's five checks (Brand Data, Customer Data, Advertising Compliance, Intellectual Property, Competitive Exposure) before any AI session, so sensitive brand and customer material is handled or anonymised before it goes near a third-party tool.

What about copyright, plagiarism, and disclosing that AI was involved?

A full module covers copyright and intellectual-property risk, disclosure obligations that vary by context, and the originality boundaries that keep your work defensible, so accuracy and attribution become practical working habits.

Which AI tools does the course teach?

The methods are tool-agnostic. You learn a repeatable workflow built on the CRAFT Framework, PRISM prompting, and TRUST evaluation that applies across common writing, video, and audio AI tools rather than one specific product.

Will AI replace content creators, and where does my judgement still matter?

The course is built around what AI cannot do: the editorial judgement, originality, and voice that concentrate your value. You map your own work on the AI Opportunity Matrix and the Content Task-AI Map to see where AI augments you and where you stay in control.
