The controls your assessment asks about, and where each one lives.

AI Plus Labs is a Singapore company and this is our home market. This page is written for the officer who has to fill in the assessment: what the platform does, in the order you will be asked about it.

    What binds whom

Worth separating before anything else, because a vendor claiming to be compliant with a framework that governs agencies is a vendor who has not read it.

    Binds the agency

    IM8

The Government Instruction Manual on ICT & Smart Systems Management, maintained by GovTech. It binds the agency, and it is what your assessment questions are derived from. Our job is to answer them and give you the evidence.

    Binds your organisation

    PDPA

You remain the data controller for the personal data your officers put into the platform. We are a processor: the controls, the residency choice and the audit trail are ours to provide, the purpose and consent decisions stay yours.

    Voluntary, self-governed

    Model AI Governance Framework

Voluntary self-governance, published by the PDPC: internal governance structures, human oversight in AI-assisted decisions, transparency, and impact assessment. Our part is making each of those visible enough that you can evidence them.

    Self-assessment

    AI Verify

A testing framework and toolkit from the AI Verify Foundation. It is a self-assessment, not a certification — which means results are only worth publishing once the tests have actually been run.

    Control by control

Read the left column as the question, the middle as the answer, and the right as where you can see it for yourself rather than take our word for it.

What you will be askedWhat AI+ Pro doesWhere you see it
Where is government data stored?Your choice of three: your own cloud account, your own data centre with an air-gapped option, or a dedicated tenant we run. Not co-tenanted in any of the three.Deployment
What data classification can it hold? The classification the deployment allows. On-premise and air-gapped exist for exactly this question; the platform does not decide your classification, your deployment does.Deployment
Is data used to train models? No. We orchestrate other providers' models and do not build our own, so there is no training pipeline for your content to enter.Security
What reaches a third-party model?Only the passages retrieval selects for the specific question, not the document. The retrieval boundary is the privacy boundary, and it is described in full rather than asserted.Documents
Who can see what?Role-based permissions at user, team and department level, model and feature policy per role, and instant revocation when someone changes role.Security
Can we prove who did what?A complete audit trail of access and usage, and CSV export for whoever has to report on it.Security
How is officer capability evidenced?Assigned courses, timed assessments, serialised certificates and cohort reporting — in the same console, so capability is a report rather than an assertion.Courses
Is authentication federated?SSO and SAML from the Growth edition, SCIM for provisioning.Pricing

Built for an AI Bilingual workforce

The National AI Impact Programme, announced in March 2026, set out to support 10,000 enterprises over three years and to help 100,000 workers become AI Bilingual — in MDDI's words, deepening their AI fluency and applying AI to their domain. That is a description of a professional who kept their expertise and added AI to it, and it is what this library is organised to produce. The three tiers below are ours, not the programme's.

    01
    Foundations
The AI half, on its own: what the technology is, where it is unreliable, and which parts of the work an officer stays accountable for whatever the tool says.
    Foundations
    02
    By profession
The bilingual part. A course written around a real working week rather than a generic one — for civil servants, for public service leaders, for administrative professionals — so the domain expertise is the subject and AI is what is added to it.
    By profession
    03
    By skill
The judgement work that cuts across roles: decision making, stakeholder management, change management, strategic thinking.
    By skill

    What we do not claim

We are not on a pre-approved solutions list, we hold no ICT accreditation, and we have not published an AI Verify test report. None of those are things a vendor can imply and none of them are on this page. What is here is the control set and where to inspect it; if your assessment needs a document we do not have yet, we would rather tell you now than in the third meeting.

    Public sector questions

The ones that come up before an agency will look at a pilot.

    Where is my data stored?

You choose. AI+ Pro supports institution-owned storage (data stays on infrastructure you control), private cloud options (dedicated environments not shared with other organizations), and standard cloud storage (enterprise-grade encrypted storage managed by us). All options include end-to-end encryption and strict access controls.

Is AI+ Pro compliant with data protection regulations?

Our infrastructure is designed to support compliance with GDPR (Europe), CCPA (California), PDPA (Southeast Asia), and other regional data protection frameworks. However, compliance is a shared responsibility—we provide the technical controls and documentation, and you configure the platform according to your specific regulatory requirements.

Can my organization control who has access to what?

Yes. AI+ Pro includes enterprise-grade access management allowing you to set role-based permissions at user, team, and department levels, control which AI models different users can access, restrict certain features based on security policies, monitor usage through detailed audit logs, and revoke access instantly when team members change roles.

How does AI+ Pro support institution-wide AI adoption?

Provides one secure, all-in-one workspace so everyone uses AI in a consistent, governed environment. Provides AI training to raise AI skills across the entire organization. Offers standardized tools and workflows so leaders can track usage, measure impact, and scale AI responsibly.

Can we use AI+ Pro with our existing systems?

Yes — and it plays beautifully with the tools you already use. From Notion, Slack, G-suite and more than 10 other systems, AI+ Pro fits right into your workflow.

What kind of support do organizations receive?

Dedicated support, onboarding, training, and access to AI strategists.
