What you will be able to do

    • Assess your organisation's sales AI readiness across rep capability, process design, technology, and data governance

    • Use AI on your own highest-value leadership work with the PRISM prompting framework, then check it with the TRUST framework

    • Build a team AI adoption programme with shared standards that create consistent organisational capability, not isolated experiments

    • Design an AI-enabled sales process that places AI where it earns its keep and protects the human moments where deals are won

    • Commit a revenue forecast you can defend to the board using TRUST and Sign-off Accountability

    • Evaluate sales technology with the SCALE scorecard and see through AI-washed vendor claims

    • Apply the CLOSE Protocol and build proportionate AI governance your board and legal team can stand behind

    • Leave with a personalised 90-day plan and specific first-week actions

    The curriculum

Module by module, in the order they are assigned.

AI in Sales Leadership: The Landscape

AI is reshaping sales leadership where revenue leaders feel it most: pipeline, forecast discipline, process efficiency, and team capability. You read the landscape, separate scattered tool use from capability, and assess where your organisation should start with evidence, standards, and human judgment.

The Sales Leader's Own AI Mastery

Personal AI mastery matters because sales teams trust adoption when leaders use AI visibly, responsibly, and on work that reaches the CEO, board, and team. You build a reliable ask-check workflow for board reporting, pipeline analysis, QBR preparation, and recurring leadership communication.

    Building the AI-Ready Sales Team

Building the AI-ready sales team turns individual AI use into shared sales capability across SDRs, AEs, sales engineers, managers, RevOps, and enablement. You leave able to map role-specific use cases, answer resistance honestly, set shared standards, and adjust coaching, hiring, and rollout.

    Designing AI-Enabled Sales Processes

AI only improves sales performance when it is placed inside a designed process, not bolted onto weak habits that already frustrate buyers. You audit each stage, choose the best first move, define human-AI handoffs, and identify the data discipline needed before scaling.

    Revenue Intelligence and Sales Technology

Revenue leaders need evidence for AI-generated forecasts and discipline for sales technology spend, because the board still holds them accountable for the number and the investment. You can inspect forecasts with TRUST, apply Sign-off Accountability, score vendors with SCALE, and build a fundable roadmap.

Sales AI Governance and Your 90-Day Plan

Sales AI governance turns safe use, data protection, compliance, and accountability into operating rhythm for revenue leaders who need adoption without hidden risk. You apply CLOSE, classify sensitive data, build proportionate guardrails, and convert the full learning arc into a 90-day execution plan.

    Assessment and certificate

The course closes with a timed final exam with a pass mark and a limited number of attempts. A pass issues a PDF certificate with its own serial, in the name of the Straits Institute for Applied AI. Cohort progress, at-risk learners and a CSV export are in the admin console throughout.

    About this course

    Who is this course for?

Revenue leaders who own the number: Chief Revenue Officers, VP Sales, Heads of Sales, Sales Directors, and senior commercial leaders. It is also valuable for Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement leaders shaping the AI strategy.

Do I need prior AI experience or a technical background?

No. The course teaches leadership decisions, not tool tutorials. It assumes deep sales and revenue expertise and builds your AI capability from there, in plain language.

    How is the course structured?

Six 60-minute modules, presenter-led, with a watch, try, and practice rhythm. Each module includes hands-on practice you do in an AI chat with dummy data, plus a workbook and a prompt library to keep.

Will this help me answer my board's questions about AI?

Yes. You will be able to present a credible AI strategy, a forecast you can defend, a technology approach the CFO will fund, and a governance framework your board and legal team can stand behind.

How does the course handle AI safety and compliance?

Safety is taught inside the relevant work, not as an appendix. Module 6 covers the CLOSE Protocol, data classification tiers, lead-scoring bias, and outreach compliance (GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, CASL), so your team can adopt AI fast without a data or compliance incident.

What will I walk away with?

The PRISM, TRUST, SCALE, and CLOSE frameworks on a pocket card; a shared prompt library; a student workbook; and a dated 90-day plan with specific first-week actions to build an AI-powered revenue organisation.

Put this in front of a team.

Course libraries are assigned per user, team or department, and the reporting comes back to whoever has to answer for the programme. Tell us who needs it and we will show you the console.
