[Where disputes go](#governing-law) Singapore law and Singapore courts, with CASE mediation and the Small Claims Tribunal open to consumers. ## Acceptance of Terms[](#acceptance) By accessing and using the AI+ Pro platform ("Platform", "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. ## Description of Service[](#description-of-service) AI+ Pro is a secure AI platform for organizations, teams and individuals. The service includes: - Access to multiple third-party AI models through a single workspace - Document storage and retrieval, with query and search across your own material - Image generation, a prompt library and task-specific applications - Administrative controls, including access management, usage visibility and audit logs - Where licensed by your organization: course delivery, assessments and certification ## User Accounts[](#user-accounts) ### Account Creation To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use - Ensuring your contact information remains current ### Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. ## Course Access and Content[](#course-access) ### License to Use Upon enrollment and payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal professional development. ### Content Restrictions You agree not to: - Share, redistribute, or resell course materials - Record, copy, or reproduce course content without permission - Use content for commercial purposes beyond personal development - Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary methodologies ## Payment Terms and Consumer Rights[](#payment-and-consumer-rights) In short Fees are in SGD and due on enrollment. Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act gives you a cooling-off period and a refund window before you get far into a course. ### Payment Terms - All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified - Payment is due upon enrollment unless otherwise agreed - Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added where applicable - Failed payments may result in suspended access ### Consumer Rights and Refunds In accordance with Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act: Consumer rights and refund terms Term What applies Cooling-off period 5 working days for distance contracts over SGD 100 Refund window Refunds available within 14 days of purchase for courses not yet started After course progress No refunds after significant course progress (more than 25% completion) Technical issues Technical issues will be resolved promptly or refunds considered How to request Refund requests must be submitted in writing Disputes Consumer disputes may be referred to CASE (Consumers Association of Singapore) ## User Conduct[](#user-conduct) You agree to use the Platform responsibly and not to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation - Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access - Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors - Impersonate others or provide false information - Use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose ## Intellectual Property[](#intellectual-property) ### Our Content All course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, video, software, and methodologies, are owned by AI PLUS LABS PTE LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. ### User Content You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content as necessary to provide our services. ## Disclaimers and Limitations[](#disclaimers) In short We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it, we cannot promise specific learning outcomes, and our liability for indirect damages is limited as far as the law allows. ### Service Availability While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and technical issues may temporarily limit access. ### Educational Outcomes We provide high-quality educational content but cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes, career advancement, or business results. Success depends on individual effort and application. ### Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI PLUS LABS PTE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. ## Privacy and Data Protection[](#privacy) Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our [Privacy Policy](https://aiplus.pro/privacy-policy) , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. ## Updates and Modifications[](#updates) We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. ## Termination[](#termination) Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination: - Your access to the Platform will cease - All licenses granted to you will terminate - You remain liable for any outstanding fees - Provisions regarding intellectual property and liability survive termination ## Governing Law and Jurisdiction[](#governing-law) In short Singapore law governs these Terms and Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers have mediation and small-claims routes as well. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
